Margaret’s Place, Pelham Middle School, 28 Franklin Place, Pelham, NY 10803. Margaret’s Place, at Pelham Middle School in Pelham, NY, is focused on interpersonal violence prevention and intervention, and healthy interpersonal relationships for middle school-aged kids, friends and families. Margaret’s Place is funded by the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation and staffed by Sharon Charles, LCSW, through Westchester Jewish Community Services. Sharon Charles provides in-class curriculum to every middle school grade, individual counseling, group counseling, parent skills, and talks about healthy relationships for students at Pelham Middle School. Margaret’s Place is the name of her meeting room/office at the school. Most students self-refer by stopping by Margaret’s Place, emailing, slipping a note under the door, or stopping Ms. Charles in the school hallway.
